- Basic clean- Radome, windows and leading edges
are de-bugged and cleaned. The landing gear is cleaned, as well
as exhaust stains on turboprops and jets.
- Full dry wash and wax- All painted surfaces
are cleaned and waxed by hand with a dry wash compound. This eliminates
some of the problems associated with wet washes, such as less
attention to detail, water in ports and tubes and lack of protective
wax.
- De-ice boot treatment- All boots are stripped
of old wax, and treated with multiple applications of OEM wax.
This restores the wet, shiny look, as well as protects the boots
from the elements.
- Brightwork polish- All brightwork is cleaned
and polished with our state-of-the-art drum buffers. These eliminate
swirl marks commonly left by orbital buffers. The brightwork is
then hand polished with a final coating that helps protect them.
- Paint compound polish and sealant- Using varying
grades of compound and orbital buffers, the paint is polished
to remove stains and oxidation. Sealant is then applied to protect
the paint and keep it looking fresh, as well as reduce drag.
- Paint touch-up- Paint is matched and needed
areas are cleaned and prepped. Paint is applied and allowed to
cure.
