Whether on the ground or in the air, we can provide the crew and your passengers a full range of services.
When you arrive our Concierge Service can help you with an array of services: gourmet catering, on-site rental car (www.enterprise.com/GA),
transportation to the airline terminal, hotel accommodations, lunch
or dinner suggestions and reservations, executive conference rooms
and visitor information of upcoming events in the Grand Rapids area.
During your stay with us you can relax at our comfortable FBO facility at Gerald
R. Ford International Airport and your crew can enjoy many amenities such as ground transportation, a comfortable
Pilots lounge with a sauna and showers. We can arrange transportation for the crew to many local restaurants and hotels.
Northern Air has a flight planning office equipped with WSI Pilotbrief® and High speed wireless Internet access available
to stay in touch with loved ones or the office.
Northern Air also offers ground service, baggage handling, Pilot supplies, convenient parking and a Pro Shop with unique aviation gifts. Our line service offers detailing of aircraft, LAV services, designated Phillips Performance Center, GPU’s, quick turns and de-icing. We have available a full
service detail department to make your aircraft shine.
We offer Executive Aircraft Charter Service through our sister company, Northern Jet Management, the largest charter operator in West Michigan
International flights also are made easier by our services of International Waste/De-catering Services and our ability to arrange for a US Customs representative from the airport to assist you and your passengers upon arrival.
We are happy to serve you between the hours of 6:00am and 11:00pm. For later hours please contact us for prior arrangements.
