Recently, Northern Air™ has made major upgrades to its maintenance department. In 2003, we received FAA approval to be one of the first paperless Part 145 Repair Stations in the country. This computer system, known as Ebis, provides our customers with accurate quotes, estimates, timely status updates and complete invoices at time of delivery. All parts and outside services are also incorporated in this system. At the end of your maintenance visit, we can provide you with a concise, easy to understand invoice.

Northern Air is ready to handle all your maintenance needs. We back that up with factory trained technicians and the tooling to provide our customers with top quality maintenance services.

In 2004, Northern Air added turbo prop aircraft to its Cessna customer care center designation. This designation provides our customers with factory engineering and parts support. Our factory-trained technicians are ready to service your Cessna aircraft.

Recently, Northern Air has been approved to offer factory support to the full line of the Diamond® Aircraft. With factory trained technicians we are now ready to support your DA-20, DA-40 and the new Diamond Twin Star.

Northern Air continues to be a leader in the maintenance of the complete 500 series of Cessna Citations. Flight safety training on Cessna has been completed by 80% of our technicians. From 501’s to Ultra’s, we are ready to support your aircraft. Northern Air along with our vendors has developed a number of alternate repair solutions for your Citation. From air cycle machines to gear actuators, we can provide quality repairs at a lower cost. With engine services through Pratt & Whitney and Dallas Airmotive, Northern Air is ready to provide you with all of your engine support needs. If you operate a Raytheon King Air, we would like to tell you about Northern Air’s services. We have added several experienced King Air technicians to our staff and are ready to support your aircraft. From the 90 Series through to the 1900, we have the background and experience you are looking for. Our engine service options are Pratt & Whitney Canada, Dallas Airmotive and Standard Aero. We also offer installation of all Raisbeck Engineering performance modifications.
